How much are the shipping costs?

Free shipping on orders from € 65 on the Spanish peninsula and € 95 to the Balearic Islands

At Lamixtura we give you free shipping for all orders you make for an amount equal to or greater than € 65 for shipments to the Peninsula and € 95 to the Balearic Islands. If your order is less than this amount, you must pay shipping costs of € 5 if it is on the peninsula. If your order is destined for the Balearic Islands, the amount of the shipping costs is € 8.

The shipments will be delivered within a period of 24-48 h on working days in the Peninsula.

The delivery of the order will be made to the address indicated at the time of purchase by our logistics providers at Correos Express. In the case that you are not at your address or that the characteristics of the property or the volume or weight of the order make delivery impossible, do not worry: Correos Express will contact you to coordinate the day and time of delivery and other collection options, thus solving any problem that may occur.

Where can I get my order?

Lamixtura makes deliveries in the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. Therefore, you can choose any shipping address within these geographical limitations. In addition, when you place your order we will always confirm the purchase confirmation by e-mail, so you can check that the shipping information is correct.

Our logistics operator Correos Express offers the possibility of requesting the delivery of your order at any Post office. They have more than 2,300 offices in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?

Currently we do not have this service, so we would appreciate if you indicate the correct address in the order. In case there is an error you can write to and we will give you an answer in 24 hours.

How I can keep track of my order?

In your customer menu you have access to your order history where you can see the status of your order at all times. These are the states that you can see in your history:

  • Completed
  • Outstanding Payment 
  • On hold
  • Processing
  • Sent

Once your order has been sent, Correos Express will contact you by SMS and will provide you with a link to follow up. From this moment on, you can modify the delivery schedule data and select the flexible delivery option if you wish.

Can I return a product?

Lamixtura has a flexible return policy. This means that in the event that your product is damaged or defective, you can easily return it and Lamixtura will pay the shipping costs of the return and delivery of a new product whether it is the same reference or if you want a product substitute.

Also, even if you receive your order in perfect condition, you can change or return any product if you are not satisfied with the purchase. In this case, Lamixtura will not pay shipping costs. However, for the return to be accepted by Lamixtura you must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the order by the Customer.
  • Products must be returned in their original box / packaging. In the event that the product is wrapped in transparent paper, said paper cannot have been opened.
  • The products cannot have been used.

NOTE: Please do not put tape or stickers directly on the box / packaging and wrap the item first, products that are in poor condition will not be accepted.

For products purchased in conjuction with a promotional offer, Lamixtura does not allow their return unless the Customer has received them damaged or defective.

How can I return a product?

When you return a product you can choose to:

  • Receive a refund of the amount paid
  • Request that the same product be sent to you again (in cases of return for being damaged or in poor condition).
  • Change for another product

Do I have to pay the return shipping costs?

If you have received the order with any or all damaged or defective products, you will NOT have to pay the shipping costs. In addition, if you request that the same product purchased and that was damaged or defective be sent to you again, or, if you prefer to change the product, this new delivery will also be paid by Lamixtura.

I have not recieved my package. Why?

There are two main reasons why the package you purchased has not arrived:

  • Wrong address: Check that the address you entered was correct, as they may have received your order at the wrong address.
  • Failed delivery attempts: Our logistics providers make up to three delivery attempts. In the event that after three times of trying to deliver the order you are unavailable to receive the shipment, the order will be returned.

What about undelivered packages?

When an order could not be delivered for reasons beyond Lamixtura we will receive your package back. Then, we will proceed to return the total amount of your purchase within 14 business days from receipt, less the costs of shipping and returning the package.


These are the Terms and Conditions that regulate the contractual relationship for the acquisition of products that Lamixtura offers in its online store.

The Terms and Conditions of sale described below exclusively govern the contractual relations between all users of the Lamixtura web pages (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) and the seller, which is the company Skin Antidote SL. 1.1. The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of purchase is the supply by Lamixtura of the products offered in its Online Store, in exchange for an economic benefit.


2.1. These Terms and Conditions, together with your order confirmation, constitute the contract between Lamixtura and the Client for the supply of products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply.

2.2. It will be understood that the Client agrees with the general conditions set forth in this text from the moment he accepts that he has read and agrees with these Terms and Conditions.


3.1. In order to place an order, the Customer must be at least 18 years old.

3.2. The Client must carry out the entire purchase process and make the payment with any of the systems that the page provides.

3.3. When the Customer places his order, we will send him an order number.

3.4. By placing an order, the Customer is making an offer to purchase the products that he has selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Lamixtura may, or may not accept your offer.

3.5. If we accept your order, we will notify the customer of our acceptance by issuing an order confirmation. We will send you your order confirmation by email, provided that the Client has provided us with his email address in his personal data form. If we cannot accept your order, we will contact the Client to inform him through any of the means that the client has provided us as a means of contact in his order.

3.6. Although we will make every effort to supply you with the products listed in your order confirmation, there may be times when we are unable to supply such products due to, for example, such products not being in stock. In these cases we will contact the Client to inform him and perhaps we will suggest alternative products that he may wish to buy. If you do not accept our suggestions we will cancel your order in relation to the products that we cannot supply and we will refund you any amount of money that we would have satisfied for such products. The return of these sums of money will be the limit of our responsibility towards the Client in the event that it is impossible for us to supply the requested products. Very occasionally, the prices of the products shown in our Online Stores may be wrongly specified and show a lower price than the corresponding one due to an error. When this happens, and if we have confirmed your order, we will contact you immediately in order to issue a new order confirmation with the correct price. In the event that the corresponding price is much higher, the Client may cancel his order and we will refund any amount that he has already satisfied.


4.1. We will supply you with the products indicated in your order confirmation, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.


5.1. We pay great attention to the information regarding the essential characteristics of the products through technical descriptions from collaborating companies and manufacturers, and from photographs that illustrate the products. All this is done within the limits of technique and respecting the best market standards.


6.1. The price of each product will be clearly determined on the website. The price and conditions of the products offered may vary, but in any case the price and conditions that were in place when placing the order will always govern for the Client.

6.2. We reserve the right to charge the order from the moment it is received.

6.3. The sale prices indicated in our Online Store are shown as follows:

If the client lives in the European Union, all prices include VAT, but we deduct this amount from the total if the shipment is made to areas exempt from VAT. The customer only has to indicate it in the “Order Notes” field when placing his order.

6.4. The shipping service costs are not indicated in the price of the products. The shipping service costs are borne by the Customer and will be added to the total amount of the selected products. You will be informed of these expenses before confirming the order and finalizing the purchase.

6.5. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, we promise to apply the rates in force indicated on the portal at the time of placing the order by the Customer.


7.1. It should be noted that orders will be shipped within the limits of available stock. If one of the ordered items is not in stock, we promise to contact the Customer as soon as possible (from the date the order was placed) to inform them of the period in which we can send their product (s). . In case you are not interested in waiting, you can request a refund of the amounts you have paid for said article.

7.2. If any of the products in your order, once invoiced, are not available, we promise to send the Customer the available products and give you the shipping service costs for the rest of your purchase. If possible, we will propose an article of equivalent quality and price to replace the unavailable product. In case you do not accept the proposed substitute product, we will refund the unavailable product.


8.1. Lamixtura has partnered with Banco Sabadell to guarantee maximum payment security. When they see the Banco Sabadell symbol, the Client can consider that his operation is 100% protected.

8.2. If our security department suspects any anomaly or fraud, Lamixtura reserves the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.

8.3. Lamixtura offers the Client 2 payment methods:

  • Payment by credit / debit card:
    If you choose to pay by card, the Customer’s order cannot be taken into account and will not be processed until the payment has been authorized by your bank or cashier. Online payment by credit card is made through the “Secure Socket Layer” security system, which encrypts your bank details when they are transmitted over the internet. For security reasons, Lamixtura verifies all orders paid by bank card. We accept American Express, Maestro cards and any Visa and MasterCard registered in the Verified by Visa secure payment system. In addition, for any order whose amount is greater than 300 euros, the payment may be processed through the 3-D Secure system, for which an SMS will be sent to the Customer with a code that must be entered in the payment process with the objective to verify your identity.
  • Pay by Paypal:
    PayPal allows you to pay directly without communicating financial data on the Internet. PayPal automatically encrypts sensitive data with the help of the best technologies available on the market.

8.4. In the event that the purchase has been made by an end consumer or a company, the corresponding invoice will be issued. Both will contain the breakdown corresponding to Value Added Tax if applicable and shipping costs.


9.1. We will send your products to the Customer at the delivery address that appears on your personal data form.

9.2. On the website, specifically in the shopping cart, the amount of shipping costs is indicated before the purchase.

9.3. 9.3. If the item indicates “in stock” when placing the order, the period between placing the order and the delivery date will be 2/3 working days from the validation of the payment received. If the order still cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us, with the consequent return to the Customer of the payment made less the shipping and return costs of the merchandise that will be borne by the Customer.


10.1. All the products offered by Lamixtura are guaranteed. We promise to replace with a new one or make the corresponding refund if any of your products suffers from a manufacturing defect within 14 days from delivery. In this case, all costs of returning the product and shipping the new product or the same product repaired, are borne by Lamixtura.

10.2. The consumer must inform us of the lack of conformity of the product within 14 days from when he/she became aware of it by email and state that he/she wishes to return a product. In this way, we will organize the return in the most suitable way. In the event that the problem of said product is not under warranty, it will be the consumer who pays the possible additional costs arising from said return.


11.1. Lamixtura offers a flexible return policy. Therefore, despite the fact that the products purchased by the Customer are received by the Customer in perfect condition, if the Customer is not satisfied with any of them, they can exchange or return them. In the event that they are returned, the Customer will receive a refund of the price of the products within a period of the following 14 business days from the receipt of the returned products by Lamixtura. If you want to change them, you must pay the difference if the price of the returned product is less than the new one. If, on the other hand, the returned product is of a higher amount than the new one, Lamixtura will refund the difference within the next 14 days. In any case, the Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return. In addition, for the return to be accepted by Lamixtura:

  • Products must be returned within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the order by the Customer.
  • Products must be returned in their original box / packaging. In the event that the product is wrapped in transparent paper, said paper cannot have been opened.
  • The products cannot have been used.

11.2. On the other hand, if the products received by the customer are damaged or defective upon arrival, Lamixtura will bear the cost of returning the order. In this way, the Client will be able to choose between a full refund of their order (which will be made within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order by Lamixtura), receive the same product again (within a period of 24/72 hours) or make a change with another product. In the latter case, the Customer must pay the difference if the price of the returned product is less than the new one. If, on the other hand, the returned product is of a higher amount than the new one, Lamixtura will refund the difference within the next 14 days. In any case, both if the Client decides to receive the same product again or if he wishes to make an exchange for another, it will be Lamixtura who will also bear the shipping costs of this new delivery.

11.3. It is not possible to return or exchange a product purchased when it is a promotion, unless the product is damaged by transport or the product is defective in origin. In this case, clause 11.2 applies.

13.1. Lamixtura undertakes to make available to the Client all the necessary information regarding the products it offers as well as the orders. Lamixtura is not responsible for the non-execution of these conditions in case of force majeure or an unforeseeable fact, either by the Client or by a person outside the contract.

13.2. The Client agrees to fill out the order forms and their fields according to the indicated instructions. Lamixtura will protect the data in accordance with the law. The Client also agrees to pay the price of the product, with the corresponding taxes and shipping costs.

13.3. We remind you that it is advisable to keep a copy of the data contained in the purchased products. Lamixtura is not responsible for any loss of data, files or, in general, for any damage resulting from a failure of the Customer to backup the data contained in the products purchased.

13.4. Lamixtura is not responsible for the consequences that may result from the improper use of the products sold in its Online Store.


All the opinions written by the Clients are controlled by the marketing team. If the received opinions violate the law, ethics or morals (abusive publicity, defamation, insults, comments out of context …), Lamixtura reserves the right to reject or modify said opinions.


15.1. The personal data that the Client must provide us are essential for sending orders and preparing invoices. The absence of these data will lead to the automatic cancellation of the orders. By registering on the page, the Client agrees to provide us with valid personal data, data that allows the provision of the service by Lamixtura and the correct identification of the registered Client, as well as the sending of information and advertising of the different products and offers that Lamixture may have on your web pages.


16.1. All the content of the Lamixtura Online Store and its Blog (illustrations, texts, names, brands, images, videos) is the property of Lamixtura. Any partial or total reproduction of the content through any procedure and in any medium is subject to prior and express authorization from Lamixtura.


17.1. This contract will be interpreted and governed in accordance with current Spanish and European legislation.

17.2. These general conditions are ruled by the Spanish Law. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile.


18.1. All promotions and coupons have an expiration of one month if the promotion does not specify otherwise.

18.2. Promotions that are discount coupons will always be applied solely and exclusively to the value of the product.

18.3. Promotions that are discount coupons will always have a minimum amount to consume, which in the case of not being specified will be estimated at € 50 for all promotions.
